"I volunteered here for a couple months last year. They have a limited staff for the amount of work they do, but if you call ahead, one of the guys will gladly take some time to show you around and talk about the history of the hatchery and the Brook and Rainbow trout. Early summer is the easiest time to get a tour. Late summer through spring is very busy around the hatchery, but if you plan ahead, they are very accommodating. We regularly had large groups come through to learn about the fish and the processes of the hatchery."
