Oh well, we liked the flour ones the best, the beef is a classic, and my fave, the ham and cheese reminded me of too much of a hot pocket, but we enjoyed the chicken/potato, and sweet plantains. The homemade sauces are excellent! If you're in the area, stop here and enjoy!"

"I've had this place occasionally over the years, and the empanadas are always great. Some of the best I've had. The bacon egg and cheese one is great. I personally love the corn flour based ones, they have such a great crispy/chewy crust. Generous fillings. They must make these to order because even after I ordered it was about a ten minute wait for 4 empanadas, so be aware."

"I hate writing reviews specially of food I love. I love the empanadas de queso con platano. In general they’re good. However I ordered the empanadas at 730 they said they close at 8. How I come at 8:03 walked a whole half an hour for them to say no that they closed the register. That’s very miserable and petty of them. I should be more mad that I was but I could just buy at another place it’s all good. I just didn’t like how miserable they seem to be if you don’t like your job just say that don’t take it out on the customers. I would understand if I came at 810 even 805 but 803? 😂"
