"Took my elderly aunt and uncle for a cruise to the falls in the Tygart Flyer. We reserved two months in advance to get the parlor car, which was as well worth the extra money. Our host/server Chase was fabulous. We had a build your own sandwich lunch on the way up which had quality lunch meats and toppings. On the way back we had slices of pie with coffee. All the employees were very kind and courteous. At the top of our trip we had an absolute blast at the falls (45 minutes). So beautiful and only accessible by train or hiking up the mountain 5 miles. It was gorgeous in summer, but I imagine it would be stunning in the fall or in a snowy day also."
