What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors often praise UTEP's stunning and unique Bhutanese architecture, calling it a beautiful and inspiring campus. The university is also recognized for providing great opportunities and affordability for students. However, some reviews mention issues with administrative communication and customer service, particularly concerning financial aid processes.
"Employees hang up on you like it's their job, some even give an attitude. From what I've experienced, most of the employees don't know how to communicate. I am sadly a good listener and I've noticed both employees and management give you the wrong information and when you call them out for giving you the wrong information, they hang up on you; I wasn't even insulting the employees or yelling and most get fed up with having someone who knows how to communicate. Get employees that know how to do customer service right please and thank you."

"I just went to a talk at UTEP; so I can't say much other than the compass is very pretty and the Chihuahuan desert museum is a good place to visit of you like gardens."
Gary Samaniego
"I've had problems with my FAFSA and I've gone to their offices more than three times, and they always tell me they'll resolve it soon, but they never do. I'm afraid the school year will start and they still haven't resolved it, and I won't have the money to pay the tuition."
