"It's a 1.5 mile drive in on gravel. The trail from the parking area (fee required) is paved, bit the trails down to and along the waterfall is steep and challenging. Don't miss this one! It's gorgeous."

"Was a perfect day to visit Big Falls County Park, a short ride out of Eau Claire. The Park delivered a wonderful blend of adventure and relaxation—majestic waterfalls, swimming, and breathtaking scenery. Although we had a short visit there were many visitors tubing down the rapids, swimming and enjoying a picnic on the sandbar. This spot feels like nature’s best-kept secret! Just arrive with the right gear, expect a rustic charm, and you’ll leave with memories (and probably a few great photos) that last a lifetime. Love the electronic kiosk to purchase your daily pass!
Highly recommended for anyone craving a wild‑water adventure, peaceful break, or family day out in Eau Claire."
