"I would never recommend this place to anyone. The ice skating rink at American Dream Mall is one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional.
My daughter is only 10 years old and was skating with a support aid to help her balance. One of the staff members came from behind and pulled it away from her without any warning. She could have easily fallen and gotten hurt. There was no apology, no explanation — just a cold and disrespectful attitude.
It’s absolutely unacceptable for a family-oriented place to treat children this way. The staff clearly need serious training and supervision.
