"I'd recommend doing the guided tour of the home, buildings and gardens. There's no admission fee to do the guided tour. You can donate cash or use venmo to donate money.
The staff members were taking down the Christmas decorations outside. It's a good place to visit before Christmas.
It will be a beautiful place to see in the spring. There are rose gardens and raised garden beds. Part of the informative tour was showing visitors about growing herbs, vegetables and other plants. A good place to give students a glimpse of homesteading life."
