"This is my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had with any establishment. At 6:30 AM this morning, I was charged $115.22 without my knowledge or consent, and I did not receive a bill or receipt for this transaction. The charge was only reversed after I escalated the matter to the manager at the front desk, and I was told it would take several days before the funds return to my account. That's 215 dollars due to the 100 incidental charge. I was further informed that this has happened to multiple guests, which is deeply concerning.
Despite this significant inconvenience and breach of trust, no one offered any form of acknowledgment or compensation. I no longer feel comfortable staying here, yet I am unable to obtain a refund for the following night, leaving me stuck in a situation I would never have chosen. The rooms are subpar, there are no amenities available, and the overall lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering this property to look elsewhere."
