What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Sky Zone Doral offers a high-energy trampoline park experience with various attractions like dodgeball and a warrior course, making it a hit for kids' parties and active fun. However, some visitors report safety concerns and injuries, while others note issues with understaffing and customer service, suggesting a need for improved supervision and attentiveness.
"Very dangerous place! Half an hour of jumping - and several months of recovering. It is absolutely not worth it! In addition to the fact that the child got a serious injury and had a concussion, we also had large additional expenses. I highly do not recommend this park. You can always find better and more safe place for your kids."

"This place is a good idea but very poorly executed. They do not have enough staff to support the amount of guests they receive. If you bring a toddler, expect them to be pushed around by older kids and for others to skip in front of them at the basketball courts. The arcade is just as frustrating, with kids constantly begging to use the cards you have to pay for.
When I raised concerns to the manager, she admitted she was aware of the issues but offered no solution at all — just a smile and told us to go back in, knowing nothing would change.
Overall, it was a really bad experience and not worth the money. There are many other options nearby that are far better organized and enjoyable."

"I work with children on the autism spectrum and recently brought two of my clients to this location for a fun, inclusive outing. As anyone who works with special needs children knows, it can be challenging at times, and a little kindness and patience from others can make a big difference.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. When I approached the food window carrying one of my clients to prevent him from eloping, I stood waiting for several minutes while the employee continued a personal conversation with another staff member, completely ignoring me. When I was finally acknowledged, it was with an irritated attitude, as if I was interrupting them.
I placed a simple order: chicken nuggets, fries, and a freeze. She asked if I wanted it as a meal with a bottle or fountain drink, which I declined. She then asked if that was all, and I said yes, assuming the freeze had been included in my original order. When I received the buzzer for the food and asked about the freeze, she told me I had said I didn’t want anything else and that she’d have to charge me for it, again with unnecessary attitude. I had no issue paying for the freeze, but she proceeded to slam items around and hand me the cup rudely.
I asked to speak with a manager to calmly address the situation, but the manager was dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. At that point, I canceled my order and left, cutting our visit short by an hour to take my clients somewhere more welcoming.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. Businesses that cater to families and children should strive to create inclusive, respectful environments, especially when it’s clear a customer is managing a special needs situation. A little understanding goes a long way."

Navigating Safety and Injuries
It's also worth noting that the park's execution of safety measures has been questioned. Some reviews mention a lack of adequate staff to manage the number of guests, leading to situations where younger children might be pushed around by older ones. This can create a less secure environment for the most vulnerable jumpers. If you have concerns, consider speaking with management, though some guests have reported dismissive responses.
For those with children, particularly those with special needs, the experience can be challenging. One review detailed a lack of patience and understanding from staff when assisting a child with autism, highlighting a need for more inclusive and empathetic customer service. While the park offers a great way to burn energy, prioritizing safety and being prepared for potential issues is key to a positive visit.
Staffing and Customer Service Experiences
One particularly concerning review detailed an interaction at the food window where an employee was perceived as rude and unhelpful, escalating to a point where the customer canceled their order and left. When concerns were raised to management, the response was described as dismissive and uninterested in resolution. This lack of proactive problem-solving can leave visitors feeling frustrated and undervalued.
While the park offers a fun environment, the effectiveness of its staff and their customer service approach could be a significant area for improvement. Visitors looking for a highly attentive and service-oriented experience might find Sky Zone Doral lacking in this regard. It's advisable to manage expectations regarding staff interaction and be prepared to advocate for your needs if necessary.
Family Fun and Kid-Centric Activities
Birthday parties are a major draw, with the park offering a lively atmosphere for celebrations. The 'Glow Nights' on Fridays add an extra layer of excitement with a unique blacklight experience that kids often love. However, as noted in the safety section, parents of younger children or toddlers should be particularly mindful of the environment, as older kids can sometimes dominate the space.
For a successful family outing, consider visiting during less crowded times, like weekday mornings, to give younger children more room to play safely. Bringing snacks or planning meals around your jump time can also help manage energy levels and budgets. Overall, it's a place where kids can have a blast, but parental awareness and supervision are key.
