Around the overlook there are many friendly chipmunks apparently used and expect to be fead by visitors.
There is a relatively short loop trail from the overlook which is easy flat with no elevation gain and roughly 0.6 mile long also with beautiful views.
Parking is free, the parking lot is of good size with bathroom at entrance of the trail."

"Sweet overlook. Went on a lightly raining/drizzling day and it was still phenomenal. In fact, you probably get more unique views considering the heavy clouds rolling in the valleys between mountains. And the 0.6 mile loop, if you choose to hike, is very easy and beautiful"
