"This is the perfect place to take the kids and have some fun learning about Florida's natural environment. They have some amazing tanks with fish, turtles and even some alligators. There are some interactive learning stations for kids of all ages. On the property there are lots of gardens and hiking trails where you can observe butterfly gardens, bat houses and many birds. They have events often, so check out their website."

"Lots of birds here and it's a great trail. But definitely come on a cool day or earlier in the morning. I saw a bunch of birds I don't see in my area, including Brown Thrashers, lots of Eastern Townhees, and Scrub Jays. Heard but didn't see a White Eyed Vireo. I also saw a Swallow Tailed Kite flying around.

Great for birding but unfortunately not so great for photography since the birds stay in the brush for the most part.

I went through three bottles of water on the blue (longest) trail and it was brutally hot. Still a good outing & I'd come back on a cooler day!"

Lisa Gansky

"I love this place I followed the blueberry Trail. It's a little confusing at first as the Blue Trail is not well marked at the beginning but you'll eventually find it and that is the longer Trail. Going in the middle of the day is a bit hot so make sure you bring a lot of water but the views are great and there was a breeze the whole time! I made the mistake of not wearing a hat so make sure you cover your head if you're going out in the middle of the day. Got a bit sunburned"
