"Wow! A gem of a cultural institution in a lovely site in Dayton Virginia. It is hard to imagine a better reuse of a renovated barn. Contemporary, historic, and other types on display.. there is an upstairs room where classes take place. Visitors can talk with the quilters and instructors. The setting ifs vibrant and lively."

"THEY MOVED ?
I'll have to give it 5 stars, even though it was closed on the Oct Monday we visited. Our GPS, that states their information is "on-line and up to date" was sending us to a large "complex". Until we saw a sign for this museum at this complex. Following the signs, we found it, only to realize they are closed Mondays. Our mistake for not checking."

"It’s not the same like when in the old building. It’s too small and very little quilts to see. It should be free. It takes about 5 min max to see them all now. I was very disappointed. Beautiful quilts but small space for quilts."
