What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Galleria Dallas offers a classic mall experience with a wide range of stores and a popular ice rink. Visitors appreciate seasonal attractions like the giant Christmas tree and pop-up events. However, some find the mall's layout confusing, dining options scattered, and note a decline in its former upscale prestige.
"Just about everything store you could possibly want. I took off a star because it felt like there was no rhyme or reason to how things were organized. Like food places were kinda scattered. Also, the bathrooms are few and far between. But we went there for the Boomont Hotel Halloween thing and that was a good time. Lot's and lots of parking. It wasn't too badly crowded. They keep it super cold but there is an ice rink. So, seeing as how malls are kind od dying slowly, it's nice to have a true mall still around. Wear your walking shoes."
Mary Ann Strecker
"I was really disappointed at the small size of this mall. Yes it has 3 floors, but it's still small and there are not enough food places here. The mall is attractive, but I want a lot more stores for shopping. The bathrooms are far too small and there are not close enough. The worst thing is that the mall closes at 8 pm, even on a Friday night. The parking garage is very confusing and awful. I have no intention of coming back to this mall."
Diane Durvasula
"It’s a small mall with not much to do besides a little shopping and ice skating. The ice skating is great, especially for photos during the holidays, but overall, it’s not a must-visit in Dallas for me; plus, food options are pretty limited."
