What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Bristol Head Overlook is lauded for its stunning stargazing, clean facilities, and the scenic hike to South Clear Creek Falls. Campers appreciate the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. However, some visitors have encountered rude campground hosts, which can detract from the experience.

"Gorgeous views. Nice hiking trail to the south clear fork falls. The camp hosts also do an amazing job cleaning their pit toilets. Probably the cleanest I've ever seen. Loved the cows. Just had an amazing time here!"

"This is a wonderful campground with trailhead to South Clear Creek Falls. However, the 2022 summer campground host, Don, was HORRIBLE! He was EXTREMELY rude when we were exploring it as a campground to stay in. He yelled at us for making more than one loop to determine which site we wanted (there were maybe 2 campsites taken). I will be making a formal complaint about this. He literally parked his truck in front of the road when we tried to make a second loop and started honking and going crazy saying we had already been around once. He seems mentally unstable and should not be in a public service position. For this reason we left to go to another campground. Too bad, it is a nice location."
