"Stopped in town while visiting my brother. This was our first stop! We stopped in on a Wednesday and the lady working was absolutely wonderful. I forget her name, but she was delightful. She talked with us, was able to share her knowledge of the facility, and was extremely kind and joyful. She encouraged us to go through all of the rooms to make sure we got our full experience. Lots of history in this facility. They have a model of the town of Cookeville with a powered train circling the town, it’s really cool! They have a train horn and train cars for people to see and take pictures with. To tour the building and trains outside was free and you can just walk in. Loved it here! Thanks for making our experience pleasant!"
