Where to stay close to Lamar Valley?
Not sure if there's a better subreddit for my question but... I need a hotel or cabin in Cooke City or Silver Gate May 28 and 29. I can only find lodging with terrible reviews or one but not both of the nights I need, or prices almost as high as Yellowstone. Any suggestions?

"Perfect base of operations for exploring Yellowstone if you're there for wildlife, since you can drive through Lamar Valley at dawn on your way into the park and at dusk on your way out. The room kitchen means you don't have to blow a lot of money dining out, but there were tasty options in town and in Cooke. The bed was SO comfortable and everything was nice and quiet in the evenings. Great star watching if you step right outside the room. The General Store even had a little fire and chairs outside."
