"I had to bring my client to the courthouse today since he was the victim of a crime. My client informed me the DA wanted to talk with him but was not in the DA's office when we arrived. Court was suppose to start at 9:30 but didn't until 10-10:15am. Once people were able to come in, me and my client walked to the front to inform Ms. Courtney or Ms. Ashley, that he had arrived as they requested. I said excuse me to the 3 ladies at the DA's table, very politely to see which one is who and was ignored. I asked one more time after a lawyer finished speaking with them. At that time Ms.Taylor turnt around and very rudely told us to stop trying to talk to us with the hand gesture telling us to close our mouth. Not sure if her husband (doubt she has one) said good morning or not but the rude, disrespect, snarkiness, stuck up response was unnecessary especially when your asking for someone's help in a case. Now my client doesn't even feel comfortable talking with them especially Ms. Taylor. It's crazy that you can't talk to me or the client when DA office requested that the young man comes to speak to you before court. We were only trying to inform that my client was here since his name wouldn't be and wasn't called on the roll call. Sometimes you bring trouble on yourself so hey I will be filing a grievance when I return on Wednesday morning. Not only with the state but the higher levels as well."
