What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the beautiful and easily accessible overlook with stunning Susquehanna River views, making it a perfect short hike for families and casual walkers. However, some reviewers note that trail markings can be poor, leading to navigation difficulties on less-traveled paths.
"Beautiful small hike with a nice view at the end! We hiked for about 10 minutes, from the parking lot to the view of the river. The trail was very easy to navigate. One of my friends was 9 months pregnant and this hike was manageable for her as well. Great for families as well. Definitely recommend!"

"Never reached the lookout because the trails are so poorly marked. The first sign had 2 arrows pointing in different directions for the same trail. Not sure if they’re trying to get people lost but this is a great start. Highly recommend this park if the local emergency services are in need of subjects to rescue."

"Absolutely beautiful once you reach the end. Nice easy walk"
