"Cocoa village is a Great little area very walkable from Lee Wenner Park! Boat ramps & docks, & free parking. Busy on the weekends but quiet during the week. Lots of restaurants, bars, & shops within a mile. Dog friendly!! Has public bathrooms, water fountains for kids to play in, & events on the weekends- very family oriented area. Lots of sailboat anchored out & friendly people all around. Sometimes people are sleeping/living in the park but seemed harmless. Police do patrol the area so nothing negative really to say about the homeless/house less people."
