"Great gem of a museum, operated by the county, with free admission!
Excellent time capsule of the area, with many shells and some fantastic castings of a mammoth & a giant sloth. Very helpful and informative docents; Greg and Ben both gave us some great insights on the exhibits. A definite must just if you’re in the area."

"This is a really nice “hidden gem” in Cocoa, FL. It actually has a nice hiking trail to explore with natural (so limiting) views of the lake. The museum is wonderful and how every museum should be… FREE, but please donate if you can to keep that the case! They have multiple displays that are interesting and educational. I highly recommend visiting and taking advantage of this facility."
