"Jasmen was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her! She handled everything that I needed to be done (which was a LOT). The air was broken in the upstairs bridal suite and she had them make sure it was completely fixed before our wedding. The bridal suite was FREEZING and we loveddd that! She coordinated our day without any hiccups and spent the day putting things together and setting items up for our wedding. She truly was a gem! I made some suggestions for the grounds of the Kapok to get rid of the fake florals they had around the outside gardens and they did! They planted REAL flowers, which let me just say looks 10x better! The grounds really needed this and made our pictures look amazing! This venue is truly one of a kind. There is nothing that competes with the splendor of the Kapok anywhere around (aside from Miami). If you’re looking for a truly unique wedding venue - this is it! Our theme was Bridgerton and this venue fit that perfectly!"
