Reviews Summary
Reviews for the Montgomery County Courthouse are mixed, with some users praising efficient processes and helpful staff, while others report significant frustrations with delays, perceived unfairness, and unhelpful administrative interactions. Experiences can vary greatly depending on the specific department and the nature of the visit.
"In April of this year, the Clarksville Police Department posted a picture of my daughter Courtney Stanford with the caption saying she was caught on surveillance camera using a stolen credit card. They were asking the public to help them identify the person. They knew and later admitted there was no card used in said transaction (evidence of their dishonesty) Most importantly, MY DAUGHTER WAS SHOPPING FOR AN INSTACART ORDER which was her part-time job at the time. Someone else had actually stolen a lady's credit card information and placed an Instacart order at Kroger that my daughter shopped for. Within a few days my daughter and our family provided Clarksville Police Department with the information proving she was another victim in the situation. Once it was clear that my daughter had not done anything wrong, she asked for them to repost the picture and clear her name but THEY HAVE REFUSED TO DO SO EVEN THOUGH THEY THEMSELVES SAID SHE WAS CLEAR AND NO LONGER A SUSPECT. There is so much more to this story but I wanted to keep it short. This incident has caused my daughter unmeasurable stress not to mention the financial impact it has caused and the public embarrassment. The post was shared hundreds of times and the comments made were devastating to her character. MY DAUGHTER IS NOT A THIEF!! SHE WORKS VERY HARD TO SUPPORT HERSELF AND HER SON!! SHAME ON Clarksville Police Department FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO MY DAUGHTER!!"

"Once again here we are at a stand still. The public pretenders this time withdrawing from my case. I really wish someone would see these reviews and take care of the problem at hand. So many bad reviews on these attorneys and not one person willing to stand up and do something about it. There has to be someone out there that is reading these that can go in and investigate what’s happening in this town.
There was a lady a few months ago having similar problems with having to continue driving back and forth while the district attorneys office is constantly changing dates, not to mention that the dates are almost always wrong anyway. How are you going to make someone drive 8 hours or more once a month or so just to tell them the date was wrong or you have to come back because they didn’t do their job or in my case, they refuse to tell me anything other than they get paid regardless and really don’t care. They have no clue as to what’s going on and I guess they’re hoping that you will get tired of the back and forth and just let them do whatever to you. Well, I’m in a spot now that I’m not letting any of it go. If there’s anyone out there willing to go against this court and the attorneys in it, I’d be willing to give up any money I might get from a lawsuit just to make sure that what has been wronged is made right. It would just take the right attorney to see this to make a change in this little town in order for so many people to actually have the legal representation that they deserve.
David Breedlove YouTube. I have videos on there about the legal system and will be more coming. It’s time to stand up for what’s right. I’ve been illegally detained, falsely accused, all my rights violated and I know I’m not alone. Visit me in my channel and let’s make the change that needs to be made."

"Well, I'm not sure why others had a bad time with judge grimes. From what I saw, she is more than fair and caring for others. Truly goes out of her way to help, not hinder. Giving people a lot of time to correct their troubles. The officers in the courtroom were more than helpful. Kept everything in order and smooth running. Maybe 20 minutes I was in the courtroom. For my name to be called. From what I can take from this. They're very busy and still treat everyone with respect. If you have problems in her court room. You did it to yourself"
