"Let me first state that this review is about the customer service. I booked a massage online for what I thought was a Saturday. When I called the Friday before the appointment to see if I could actually move it to Sunday I was told the appointment was for the day before and I was charged the full amount as a no show. I then drove in and spoke to the spa manger, Sherry, in hopes to clear up the misunderstanding. Best case I was hoping they would simply let me reschedule, worst case I figured I would be offered 50% off of my next booking. Both I would have been ok with. Instead, I was met with no understanding and a “stuck up” attitude. For a high end hotel/spa I expected better hospitality. Especially since I’ve been getting massages there for years. She showed no understanding and at the end of the conversation only offered 15% off my next booking. If you’ve booked here, you know their massages are expensive, so to eat the first cost and only 15% off seemed like a slap in the face. Again, I recognize this was an overlook on my end but I will never be going back here again because of how they handled the situation."

The facility has gone down hill. The showers were filthy, or not working, garbage on floors and used brushes on shower shelf. Lights in ladies lounge were not working and the outdoor pool was green! What is going on over here?
Massage was just mediocre and my pedicure lady kept me waiting for 40 minutes when I scheduled this spa day a month ago. No one greets you upstairs at the nail area. Lots of disorganization!
Also, how about posting a sign in the ladies lounge kindly reminding clients and spa workers to keep their voices down and be more courteous to others! We come to a spa for peace and quiet, and tranquility not obnoxious nonsense!"
