"My second brewery stop on a quick marathon tour around the area on Saturday. I sat down, instantly chatting up friendly beertender Thomas. As I commented on the wonderful art for each beer he pointed to he couple next to me as "our artist is a mug club member and these are his parents." I got to chatting w them about how talented he was! The tap room has a comfy vibe and is spacious. Thomas & i discussed the beers & i opted for a half pour of Oktoberfest. Later another beertender appeared so i opted for a half pour of her current go-to, Cafe Noir. I like that you can see in to the brew house! I inquired about the logo "fermentation bubbles". Note the different color tap handles. Tan is Barrel Aged, blue is cider, black is traditionals w added variant, green is IPAs& red are traditional. Fermentorium checks all the boxes, comfy, easy parking, great beer & friendly staff. Be sure to stop in, cheers."

"I don’t eat hot dogs but the wings were good and the boy said it was one of the better dogs he’s had. Wisco pop available for the underage or non drinkers in your party. The bar is very willing to provide samples of the current variety of brew to help you find the one that’s right for you. You can see the still pots from the restaurant. They offer beer to go and have some nice merch too. This place isn’t fancy but it’s definitely good. The menu is limited but what they have is done well."
