"Being over charged when vacationing seems to be a common theme with this company. As I wrote my last check, Sylvia confirmed I was paid in full. Then hit with an almost $500.00 bill that she told me were utility charges…not the case. I paid to have my unit professionally cleaned and left it better than when I took possession. Yet I was charged $110.00 to carpet clean an 11X11 bedroom. Who does that? The grounds are terrible as no one cleans up after their pups. When I moved in there was a stocker that lived right next door. There were multiple restraining orders against him. The fire department literally came and broke his door down. Yet, the property would not evict him. They definitely do not value tenets safety. Good luck with a noise complaint. It’s ridiculous at all hours. There is barely any water pressure, much less hot water. I would heat a kettle in order to have somewhat of a hot bath. It looks like a nice property. Don’t be fooled by the cheap wallpapered cabinetry. I’m saddened by the over charging and the business practices of this company. It was not a good experience at all."

We have only had one maintenance issue (a broken water heater) and it was fixed immediately on the same day it was reported. The community is quiet and the apartments are beautiful. We are very happy here!"
