What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Children's Museum of Northern Nevada is a beloved spot for young children, praised for its interactive, imaginative play and friendly staff. While it excels for its target age group, some visitors note limited hours and inconsistent rule enforcement in play areas. It remains a great indoor option for kids to have fun and learn through play.
"I went here as a child on a field trip and it’s how I remember it. I took my daughters here yesterday/a Saturday for the 50 minutes they were open. They still charged full price which it would have been nice if they dropped the price a little for that last bit of time. There are animals in the front lobby for the kids to look at. Outlining the play area is a jungle gym and slide, baby foam play area, snack area, and each “room” is a different theme. In the middle was arts and crafts, there’s a stage where they do story time. My almost 5 and 6 year old had a blast. I wouldn’t recommend for teenagers. $10 per kid and $3 for 13 and older."
Finding Me Wherever I May Be
"My daughter loves this place. It is always fun for her, educational, and encourages her to use her imagination and play, not on a screen, but with toys, and other kids! Its always been a place we like to go to for a fun day together."
