"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had such a great experience!
Preston started with the Billy Haze 6.5 Columbus Centennial Cascade Citra – fruity and a little sweeter than expected, but still had a nice hoppy quality. I went with the Big Hill Ciderworks hard cider, which was light, crisp, and not too sweet.
The food was fantastic! The Old Bay wings are top notch – crispy, flavorful, and definitely rank in my top ten wing spots in Central PA. The grilled blackened hop spice wings were savory (not overly spicy) with that perfect charred flavor from the grill that tied it all together. The tater tots were clearly homemade, crispy, and delicious, served with a house-made charred onion mayo and smoked chile ketchup. The mayo especially stood out – next-level flavor. The French fries were extra crispy, exactly how I ordered them – it’s rare a kitchen actually listens, but they nailed it!
Service was just as impressive. Padraic was super attentive behind the bar, and Garret was funny as hell and made a real connection with us. Between the food, drinks, and service, it was a wonderful dining experience.
We’ll definitely be back!"

"Great Beer, Great Food, and Even Better Service
Stopped into Molly Pitcher Brewing Company and had an awesome experience. The place has a laid back, comfortable vibe, great for grabbing a couple beers and a bite to eat.
Our waiter honestly made the night. Not only was he super helpful with beer recommendations, but he had us cracking up the whole time. It’s rare to get someone who’s that good at what they do, and keeps the table laughing.
I ordered the fish basket and my wife got the chicken basket, both came out hot, crispy, and way better than we expected for bar style food. Paired with a couple of their house beers, which were excellent, it hit the spot.
Definitely planning to come back. Between the beer, the food, and the service, it’s one of the best spots in Carlisle."

"We love this place. We have been many times and somehow keep forgetting to do a review and our pictures get lost in all our others. We will update next time.
The Molly tots are great and be love the charred onion dipping sauce and the spicy ketchup. We also really enjoy their chicken sandwiches and the white stout.
All their bees and food are good. There is a nice patio in the back with shade and a smaller room upstairs for events. It’s a great local spot with family’s, locals, and business people always coming in."
