"What an absolute gem! We loved the Inn at Depot Hill! Before even arriving service was topnotch. We were sent instructions for check in with a video and could text with the manager at any time.
The rooms are spacious and very nice and unique. The daily breakfast is great and you’ll know the day before what the menu is. There is communal coffee, tea, hot water, a microwave and small fridge and freezer. There’s also a nice sitting area outside.
The location is amazing for walking around Capitola. A car is not needed if you’re staying here and plan to keep your activities in the area. You’re walking distance from the beach, restaurants, bars, markets, and grocery stores.
If you’re staying in Capitola, do yourself a favor and stay here!"

"We booked 2 nights at the Inn at Depot Hill to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. The Inn was not only stunning, but the staff's attention to detail was superb. We stayed in the Capitola Beach room and it was perfect for our romantic getaway. Sagar, the Inn's manager left us white wine in our room upon arrival and there were warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. The Inn is a short walk to the beach. The area was quiet and we spent some time in the courtyard enjoying the fountain pond. Every morning, a beautiful and delicious breakfast was delivered to our room. It was a bit chilly in our room in the morning, so we enjoyed our breakfast in front of the fireplace. We will be back and look forward to staying in their Railroad Baron on our next visit."
