"It was a beautiful sunny, snowy afternoon the day of the Merrymaking makers Market event that I attended. I bought several unique gifts made by local vendors. I then had the pleasure of going upstairs and eating at the New York kitchen Café. The multiple windows invited the sunshine in where one can look out at the lake or at the grounds. The staff were informative and friendly. The food was comforting, full of flavor, with a unique twist on some traditional dishes.
