"Great trail! Parking lot was empty upon arrival. This trail is well maintained and easy to follow. Tons of rocks and tree roots to navigate; lots of steep sections. Several spots along the trail offer gorgeous views overlooking Camden Harbor, Penobscot Bay, and Megunticook Lake. We hiked a loop including Maiden Cliff Trail, Ridge Trail, Adam’s Lookout Trail, and Jack Williams Trail. Each trail has its own color coded markers on trees leading the way."

"Fantastic hike with small waterfalls, rocky climbs and a view on Megunticook and Camden.
Some portions of the hike are easily 35% ascension with technical spots requiring full ankle, knee and hip mobility. Moderate to hard.
The forrest is house to friendly Tamias and (alas) ticks, inspection highly recommended after the hike"
