Reviews Summary

Visitors appreciate English Boom Historical Park for its beautiful natural scenery, especially the panoramic views of the Puget Sound and North Cascades, and its dog-friendly atmosphere. However, some note the lack of amenities like restrooms and trash cans, and the beach can be small during high tide. The boardwalk is also no longer present.

"It's a beautiful place for sunrise.

The boardwalk you see in others pictures have long been washed away. So don't come for that.

One simple trail goes through the wetlands. The beach is very small during high tide. Other than that this place is what you'd expect.

As others have stated, no bathrooms or trash cans.. so pack it all out."

Me Greedy

"Not the best beach Camano has to offer. Small beach front before it runs into private beach. The path is cool but was muddy and less maintained than others on the island. Lots of wildlife here though which was cool! The view over the sound is also decent. Kind of a small parking lot, and the road down is pretty steep. Overall, a cool place to see but not as cool as Barnum or Iverson imo."

Sovhan McCallum

"Clean no garbage. Right on the sound. Plus a bonus.. you can walk on the sand flats."
