"I am leaving this review about the campgrounds. I would leave this place one star except the ladies at the motel reception desk were very sweet. The RV park and campgrounds are absolutely disgraceful. I paid $73 to camp for one night and that was before I had to pay $25 just to enter the National Park. I’ve seen state park campgrounds where I paid $15/night that were better maintained. What an absolute joke. Filthy camp sites, disgusting bathrooms. I shouldn’t expect anything less from a bunch of trashy lake people."

"We went to Katherine Landing to do some hiking. The trails were there but they weren't really marked so we just wondered around on them. It would be better if the trails were marked with names as well as land marks to make it easier to figure out where you are instead of guessing.
The dock area is very clean and nice."
