Or else soak in the historic significance of the "Underground Railway" movement of freedom seeking slaves of the 19th Century, as this was the jetty for the Black Rock ferry."

"Lots of construction going currently going on in the area. Many cars in the lots and people were in the cars. We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable walking around the area. Great view, but not an area I would recommend anyone to go or hangout."
