"I rented a snowboard for my 11 years old son for 2 days,the first day we rented it from 1 pm to 4 pm when the ski lift closes the 2nd day tge weather was really bad,very dangerous to snowboard. I returned the gear early asked for a partial refund,the dude working there on the 18th around 1pm told me flat to my face he wouldn't refund me anything. I don't recommend the place,rip off .....rude and inconsiderate staff.I ll never rent again from them."

We rented pants and a jacket for two days for $57. Later, our plans changed, and we decided not to snowboard on the second day. We requested a refund, but they only returned $16 ( I left receipt at home) . It seems like we were charged for services we didn’t use((((((("
