What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Travelers praise the Washington State Ferries Bremerton route for its stunning scenic views and relaxing, traffic-free journey. The USS Turner Joy and Bremerton Boardwalk are highlighted as enjoyable attractions. Some wish for more onboard amenities like coffee service.
"Interesting way to travel from Seattle to Bremerton. For an hour you do not have to worry about traffic or driving. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the scenery of island you are passiing. The only complain (little one) there was no possibility to ordered a cup of coffee or maybe a glass of wine."

"I always enjoy taking the ferry to Seattle and back. The views are always beautiful and spectacular! It's different on every trip! I love Washington!"
Robert “Pacific Northwest Mtn Man” Dorris
"Cheaper than the Seattle-Bremerton ferry and MUCH nicer. If you have extra time, walk around to find historical artifacts and tons of glass art, sculptures, and more. Cool fountains near the entrance runs along the entire length of the display of actual submarine pieces and plaques / statues with history tidbits... Mostly about the shipyard and the use of subs during WW1 & 2. Awesome place to play Pokémon Go, get Cold Stone ice cream, Starbucks coffee... And check out the view :)
Oh, and there's a ferry that takes you to downtown Seattle as well. 😁"
