"So much FUN!!! We did this for a teen birthday but would have done this sooner! The staff was amazing! No need to worry about being alone or not having enough staff. They are everywhere and aware and trained and available and very friendly! We did have one child that needed saving twice lol The staff did train us sufficiently prior as we had never been before, however, they do this for everyone. They have an Amazing video and then one on one prior to heading out. The hot weather wasn't a problem with the shade of the trees. They have gloves available to purchase or you could choose to bring your own. The also have a cool rubber phone holder so you can easily take photos while in the trees. Bring water but if you need some they have water all over the courses for purchase. If you've been thinking about going, GO!! Fun and super safe for all ages!!"

"For the privacy of the victim, he'll be referred to as M. This took place/was written on Saturday, June 21, 2025.
My phone died before typing this but the wait was only like a few minutes. We went on a Sat, during the day (around 11:30pm). I firstly suggest you BRING LOTS OF WATER.. unless you plan on paying for the water package. Even though everything seems pretty hard to grasp after the rule video, the guides are openly available to help and very friendly.
Like when M passed out after the first trail on the Intermediate Course of the place. Like 3 times. As Im writing this we have learned it was heat exhaustion but I personally suggest you go during a less hotter time or in the afternoon.
I'd like to thank the 3 girl guides, the medic, and the east deputys for helping us during this hard time- also the Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Me and my family can't thank your enough 🤍"
