Reviews Summary

Reviews for the North End Waterfront area are mixed, with many praising the exceptional medical care and dental services. However, a significant number of negative comments highlight issues with prescription fulfillment delays, perceived high costs for basic services, and unprofessionalism in administrative and some clinical interactions. Patients express frustration with long wait times and communication breakdowns.

"I've been coming to NEW for over 25+ years. The doctors and nurses in charge of my care are exceptional. My issue is with prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. There's always a problem with them being in limbo for extraordinarily long times. Some medications are emergent and very necessary and others are flexible. Currently, I've been waiting for an rx to be sent to the pharmacy since 7/2. Everyday I call or send a message through the portal and I get, "I see it just has to be sent over. We'll take care of that." I'm now almost a month out with a prescription that has been approved by my doctor and Blue Cross. I feel forgotten and unimportant. It's not a true representation of the care I've received here but it's extremely frustrating nonetheless."

"Went for first time Dental and had a excellent customer care service both at the front desk and from the dental staff. The dentist Leah Briscoe took care of regular teeth cleaning with much care and recommended for future Deep teeth cleaning..The Dentist is very knowledgeable and highly recommended...My teeth looks better now and safe for any dental precautions...Highly appreciate their customer and excellent dental care service..."

Paramesh Krishnan

"I pay less by going to the urgent care instead of going to the doctor there. This is crazy expensive for nothing. Don't bother asking for a doctor here. They don't want to heal you, they want your money.
The doctors are working like they are in a factory, sending you off when done with just the minimum. Honestly, for that service level, I'd rather stick to the urgent care."
