Reviews Summary

While the venue's historical charm is a major draw, some find it a bit dated compared to newer arenas, and concession prices are noted as being quite high.
"I was on campus for a business conference during the summer and they used this building venue for our opening and closing ceremonies. Wow. This place is amazing. The tech alone blew my mind. Top notch facilities and staff. The food was great too."
Ed Reggi
"Attended a women’s basketball game here, was the first time I’d been back to Bloomington since 1994 when I attended basketball camp here. Back then it was like a cathedral. Now in 2025, you see it’s a bit dated compared to other college basketball venues. It’s still nice but not like it was then.
Good, passionate fans. Plenty of free parking that was a reasonable walk even in subzero temperatures. Would come back."

"Looks impressive on the inside great view from most if not all seats. The big downfall is that concession prices are really high. I understand it's a sports event and college, but they're still really high."
