"Stayed for two nights while golfing the RTJ trail. The golf shop for Ross Bridge is conveniently located within the hotel so it was an easy walk with the clubs to the golf cart right from our room. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like my experience was some of the best I’ve ever had with a hotel. Not only were the rooms in great shape, breakfast buffet delicious and the staff helpful but the front desk worker Patrice really took extra time to take care of my friends and I. We cannot be happier with our stay and would strongly recommend anyone considering this hotel to just book the room. You won’t regret it. If I’m ever back in the area I already know where I will be staying."

"Located on the outskirts of Birmingham, this is a beautiful resort that looks like a mansion from the outside. I stayed here for a business trip and was greeted very politely upon checking in. The room was also great; it was spacious, and the bathroom had a shower + bathtub.
The resort grounds are also very pretty with the spa, poolside, and golf course adorning the grounds. Very happy overall. I just wish they'd provided a microwave on premises for the guests to heat up their food/beverages (I can understand rooms not having them due to fire safety rules). And the electric chargers should also ideally be available on a first-come-first-serve basis."

"I’ve stayed here multiple times for business and it’s like a home away from home. The staff are awesome, from Mr. Drake, Tim upfront, the Filipina lady(Princess? Sorry!) at check in, Blake, Andreas and Ms. Leti are so sweet and always ready to give you a smile and make your stay better. The amenities are great of course, I use the gym(awesome cardio and weight room with massage guns!), the restaurants and the adult pool and jacuzzi, all great. The rooms are plush and space is great with the balcony. I recommend not booking in front of the hotel as it can get a little noisy and the rooms are get hot in the summer since it faces the sun all day and can’t go in the balcony in fear of melting. The other small issue is they added recently is a $30 resort fee. I have no issues with this but some companies don’t allow stays with resort fees…I felt the hotel was a lot emptier due to this but it maybe just because it’s off season and I only stay during the weekday. My fav stay in Birmingham area!"
