"I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years. Trying to find the entrance of the hotel was nearly impossible with the current construction they have going on (google maps leads you to the Waldorf entrance) and I had to loop around the building for nearly 10 minutes before finding a makeshift valet. I checked in today only to find that the hotel is under SIGNIFICANT construction. They are entirely tearing down one of the towers. I paid over $500 tonight only to check into my room and be overcome with loud noise and a horrible view. I called the front desk was told construction hours were 7am-10pm. The noise was too loud to take a phone call, watch tv, let alone sleep, which is all I was looking for after a long travel day. I asked the manager to allow me to check out for a full refund, which they ultimately did after trying to offer me to move the NEXT day, due to availability. It would have been nice for them to have offered to find me a new hotel to stay at (especially given they have a nearby property). I called Hilton to provide feedback and ask for some sort of compensation via hotel points, as I have been a loyal Hilton Diamond member for years now, it is the least they could do. They explained that they could do nothing and it was out of their control, which is BS. I am extremely disappointed. Avoiding staying here at all costs."

"Beautiful rooms and amenities. Lots of construction- no pool availability on site. Decently quiet at night though- from the 4th floor we couldn't really hear anything outside. No self parking- mandatory valet at $65 a night but allows in/out. Within walking distance from a few places but most places you will have to drive to. Robes are so comfy."
