What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for T-Mobile as a service provider are overwhelmingly negative, citing issues with billing, service quality, customer support, and deceptive practices. Many customers express extreme dissatisfaction and regret their decision to use T-Mobile, with some switching to competitors like AT&T for better service. The company's customer service and billing transparency are frequently criticized.
"T-Mobile, what is there to say or write….prob the worst company neck-n-neck with verizon. The service is not comparable with or to anything. I had tmobile and the service changed from $59 a month to $60 a month because someone at tmobile decided to change my plan. The plan was supposed to consist of unlimited calls, text, and data, I got unlimited text only. I don’t ever remember receiving unlimited data in all the years I had the service. One day my service was cut off for a couple of months ago and no one at tmobile could explain why, they were all too busy trying to make it look as though it was my iPhone that was the problem, it wasn’t. Now that I had to decide to get rid of the horrible service, I am getting harassed on a daily basis by tmobile….constantly. So, my rating for tmobile is definitely a “0”!"

"I would rather have hemorrhoid surgery with no anesthesia then deal with T-Mobile again they said I would have service at my location they lied then they said take this router for sure you'll have service at your location I still have no service they lied then they said return the router within 2 weeks there'll be no charge they lied I received $150 bill. Then they said they would give me $50 back and after hours on the phone with several Representatives a week later they said okay we'll give you $30 back. Then when I tried to transfer my number back to AT&t they wouldn't do it. Not only that their app won't work to allow me to do it either it's the only option that won't work is to let you transfer your number back thieves liars bad service"

"To say that our experience with T-Mobile was a nightmare is an understatement! We've lost a lot of money, time, and customers due to our relationship with T-Mobile. Shoddy service, dropped phone calls, and endless hours on the phone being shuffled around from representative to representative without a warm transfer are just the beginning of our problems with them. They price gouged us when we switched carriers and sent an alleged unpaid balance to collections without any notification or bill to provide proof of the alleged unpaid balance. Even shadier is the third-party collection agency never sent a bill or proof of the unpaid balance either. Requested proof multiple times and never received anything. Paid the alleged balance in full just so we could file complaints with the BBB and CFPB. If you are a business owner I highly suggest you avoid T-Mobile at all costs! They've cost our company a fortune that we'll never get back, and customer relationships that can never be repaired. I'd recommend a prepaid service before I recommend them! BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!"

Understanding T-Mobile's Presence in Bellevue
For those interested in the company, seeing the headquarters from the outside offers a glimpse into its scale and presence in the Pacific Northwest. The 'Magenta Gear' merchandise, often seen in social media posts, is exclusively available to employees, so visitors should not expect to find a public gift shop. This distinction is crucial for managing expectations when planning a visit.
The Factoria area, where the headquarters is located, is a business-centric district. While the T-Mobile campus is the main draw for those researching the company's location, the surrounding area offers commercial amenities. Understanding that the primary purpose of this location is business operations will help visitors appreciate its context.
Navigating the Factoria Area
When visiting the T-Mobile HQ, parking is a significant consideration, particularly for employees. While public parking might be available in the vicinity, it's advisable to research options beforehand, as on-site visitor parking is not guaranteed. The Factoria area is well-connected by major roadways, making it accessible by car, but traffic can be a factor during peak hours.
