"The stay here was fine and the view was pretty, but I would compare it to a roadside motel not a resort... The rooms are SO dated and the buildings need major work. The ladder in the pool was broken and my husband hurt his foot (when he went to the front desk to tell them so no one else got hurt, they asked if he wanted an incident report and then sent a maintenance guy in there to literally rip the ladder out), the railings on the balconies are wobbly and the wood is rotting, not to mention the wasp nest above us. In our room the hair dryer didn't work and the hand towel rack fell off the wall. My husband went down to get a hair dryer for me and the front desk asked if we would remind them when we checked out...
The service at the restaurant there was subpar... Waited quite a while for anyone to come over to our table. Didn't have the happy hour menu when we sat down and when the server gave it to us they expected us to know what we wanted to drink and what apps we wanted right away. Then we order dinner and the food was really good but I asked the server for a sauce and she just never came back. We waited at least 20 minutes after we finished eating for our server to come over for boxes and a bill. We finally had to flag another server down. Then close to 10 minutes later someone came over to ask how the food was and get us our bill... I would have understood if they were crazy busy but there were multiple servers and only 7 tables."

"Went here for a work conference in the fall & the scenery was beautiful with all of the leaves changing color. It was very convenient that they give you a card allowing you to charge things to your room. While the lobby was updated the rooms are lacking modern updates. Walls are pretty thin & doors at the end of the hallways slam shut which is annoying when trying to relax in your room. Also inconvenient, & this might have been due to the time of the year I was there, is that they didn’t have any food available to order after a certain time in the evening, I believe it was 10pm, even though their site states that the kitchen was open until 2am. I did love that they had a bar & coffee bar in the lobby & the fact that there was a small pub within walking distance of the main resort. I would definitely stay there again but I’m hoping they make some changes."

"The area is super nice. Great golfing. Many things to do. Food is average, nothing special. The rooms well I could not find pictures on their website when I booked. The king studio was roomy and bed was good. But the room looks like it's from 1985. Super old microwave, stove and fridge. Room is big and they have thee smallest TV on the wall. Maybe 27 inch. For the price they charge per night at least update. Not a premier resort IMO"
