What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally appreciate Forest Community Park for its scenic trails and potential for family fun with its playground and splash pad. However, frequent closures of these key amenities due to construction have led to significant disappointment for some, impacting the overall experience. The park's community events are a definite highlight for many.
"I usually love this park. Today was a disappointment. I went to let my 3 children blow off some steam between errands, and the playground was closed. I wish I knew before I went, and that's why I'm posting this. It looks like it could be closed through the summer. They climbed the large spider web and did a little on the swings, but were genuinely disappointed at the lack of equipment and lack of other children."

"I love BREC but this is unacceptable. It’s the middle of July & the entire park is basically out of order. Whatever needs to be done should have been taken care of in the down season. Do better."
Teresell Polk
"This park used to be my favorite one, but it’s has literally been under construction for at least four-five months. I only came because at least the splash still worked but now that is closed for maintenance too. Also, the benches are not in shaded areas. So come when it’s cool. Only thing your child can do is the swings and jungle gym."
