"Extremely stressful and disappointing experience.
I rented this venue back in February for a very special event on October 4th. Everything was supposed to be set, but just a week before my event, I was suddenly told I had to pay an extra $500 for two additional security personnel — something that was never mentioned in my original agreement. I was also told I needed a special license, which turned out not to be true, but caused unnecessary stress during one of the most important weeks of my life.
After the event, they sent me another bill for nearly $500 more, claiming I owed for “staying over” and “not cleaning properly.” This is completely unfair — I personally stayed after the event to help put up chairs and make sure everything was clean and in order. I even took a video showing how spotless the venue was left, yet they still insisted on charging more.
What should have been a joyful and memorable experience was made incredibly stressful and disappointing because of poor communication, surprise charges, and unprofessional handling. I would not recommend this venue unless you want to deal with hidden fees and last-minute demands."
