What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
McKeon Park is praised as a beautiful venue with a great field for baseball, offering an authentic Cape Cod League experience. Visitors appreciate the free admission, affordable concessions, and the chance to see future MLB talent. However, the limited restroom facilities (portable toilets only) and sometimes cramped parking are noted drawbacks.
"Beautiful Park and great field to play on. Concession stand, misc amenities, only - No restrooms or bouse houses, kinda tough, (esp for the ladies. 1st visit, so they may, one would hope, add bouses at later point(s). Parking's a little cramped but not bad at all, & the one-way only circle seemed to keep it flowing on exit. Overall 4★ park"

"Went to see a Hyannis Harbor Hawks baseball game. They play in the Cape Cod League. It's for college players, many using wooden bats for the first time. Many MLB scouts attend games looking for talent for their clubs to sign. Park is basic, with no admission, but suggested donations are appreciated. Limited food menu and Porta potty bathrooms. However, this is a fun place to watch baseball. Players work hard, sign autographs, and appreciate their fans. Most of the staff are.like the players, interns from across the country getting their feet wet and seeing if the baseball industry is something they want to pursue careers in. Families can definitely have a fun evening here! Make sure to look for the real harbor hawk (osprey) in the nest on top of the perch!"
