What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for Bank of America branches, not the clock tower, highlight a mixed customer experience. Some customers praise specific bankers like Robert Ho and Jousha for their excellent service, knowledge, and helpfulness. However, other reviews detail extremely negative interactions with staff members, particularly a person named Marco, who is described as rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, leading to significant customer dissatisfaction and consideration of switching banks.
"Grateful for Excellent Service
Robert Ho at Bank of America was a true blessing.
He was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to help with my financial needs.
His integrity and care reminded me of Proverbs 22:29: “Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings.”
Also , other members are nice too , Alicia , Danny, Mayra and manager ! Thank you & Happy Easter."

"I hate having to write bad reviews. This is a waste of my time but here I am. I would stay clear of this branch and take your money elsewhere. Maybe even bank somewhere else if you can. My wife and I were waiting to be assisted while an associate was already trying to check us in as another person named Marco came out shouting appointments only, we are too busy. I understand being busy but rude is not acceptable. As he proceeded to tell us to leave. Mind you that we had waited in the lobby the with our newborn a significant amount of time already. The associate that was assisting us was rudely interrupted by Marco and was told to stop and go away. This is not only rude but very unprofessional to treat a fellow coworker in this demeaning manner. This Marco guy surely sounds he does not need our business. Please do better with your hiring standards @BankofAmerica. I have never been treated like this at a banking institution and I would not want anyone reading this to experience this kind of treatment either.
This incident happened on Wednesday 2/26/25 around 11am."
