"Cute place with some extravagant plans for the future! It’s like a zoo in the Forest. It was quiet, not very many people and you could sit and listen to the water run, pretty relaxing. It was nice to see native animals."
Jamie Buck
"This Living Museum is very similar to the Living Desert in Palm Springs. We love the open atmosphere. Parking is very well defined and there is alot of it. They have been expanding and moving the animals in better, improved enclosures. Many have their own box fans, water ponds, shade, wind breaks.
They have a children's area for parties. There is a permanent scale train. They also have Christmas events.
A reptile building. The tortoise exhibit is the best I've seen. The cougars and the bobcats were comfortable and easy to see."
