What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Santori Public Library for its clean, modern interior, helpful staff, and peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for reading and community events. Some users have encountered minor frustrations with study room reservation policies, particularly for non-residents, but overall experiences are positive.
"I like the library. And shout out to the lady, at the desk, near the second floor elevator that assisted me getting a print out explanation of Project 2025. Thank you. A teammate and I meet here for training. Neither of us are Aurora residents however, both of us are library card holders in our respective city. Aurora is mid way for both of us. Securing a study room the first go round - no problem. The second time, the lady who answered the phone was snippy, short and not pleasant. We understand room reservations are for city residents only and for non-residents, its a first come, first serve basis. When we arrived for a room, please explain why we are interrogated and asked so many questions on the first floor and when I finally asked, "What? Can we get a room?" We're told if we want a room on the second floor we must go upstairs. See, I asked for the same room we had the previous week. When we get to the second floor, the younglady starts this whole questioning thing again and something about registering our library cards, which, by the way, has no bearing nor makes a difference to securing a study room. We were able to get a room and all went well in the end. Thank you."
