Further, when I emailed questions regarding accessibility and rain plan, the responses were prompt and detailed. This team is exceptional at what they do - both with the birds and the community of people who get to enjoy this experience.
The professionals in charge of the birds even walked up to the top of the amphitheater at the end to allow those in wheelchairs to be able to see a few of the birds up close. The whole experience was accessible and inclusive.
