What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors appreciate Sunset Meadows Park for its suitability for young children, particularly the glider swing, and its pleasant walking path. However, some find the lack of shade and occasional closure of facilities like restrooms inconvenient, especially during events.
"How do you open the park for people to play.. like teams .. but not open the BATHROOMS.... Next to a park for little kids. Soccer games rugby . Football ... All have spectators... With little kids and older people . Walk all the way to the bathroom ... To a sign that says closed. . Silly ... Had half the team drive to McDonald's and miss half the game .
The firela is lovely. I'm sure if they let dogs there's 2 retention ponds that are dry most the time. Dogs would love it. ."

"Enjoy taking my breaks here from work. Nice walking path to get plenty of steps in"

"Came here to re visit a sledding hill from my younger years. The park has changed slightly but the sledding hill is roughly the same from the street it does not look like much but once you see the hill drops into a water runoff area the hill becomes decent sized. Pictures do not do justice. You ger children can sled from the sides and as they get older and more daring they can progress up to the peak of the hill."
